Your Results Report

Your order will be assigned a 13-digit PIN number that uniquely identifies your tests. You are always assigned a new PIN for a new set of tests.

You can use your PIN to log in and check on the status your results. This is a sample of the Results Report you will see.

If you requested any changes to your order after you submitted it (new PSC location, for example), you will always see the updated version when you log in.

Receiving Your Results

When your results are complete, you will be notified to call.

This results call can be as short as you want, but we believe it to be a critical part of making sure your testing actually helps you and is completely clear.

If you have a positive test result, the counselor will help you understand EXACTLY what it means and help you to get the follow-up treatment or testing that is called for.
